We are a new breed of commercial property consultancy – we put the occupier first. From our Manchester base we aim to become a leading advocate for the legal and financial interests of commercial tenants.

This reverses the current industry trend for property consultancies to predominately serve the interests of landlords and developers. So, unlike our competitors we do not have a vested interest in rents and capital values rising.

Instead, our focus is on helping businesses achieve better value from their commercial property so they can increase their profits and drive growth for the benefit of themselves and the wider economy.

The TAG team is made up of experienced professionals who provide a full complement of property services. The team includes specialists in Acquisition & Disposal, Landlord & Tenant, Building Surveying, Business Rates, Services Charges, Carbon Management and Telecoms.

One of our other key differentiators concerns transaction fees. Instead of charging a percentage of the rent or the purchase price, we base our fees on the cost savings we generate. This reflects our belief that property advisers should be rewarded for the value they deliver.
